Rutland ESM 1000 is a powerful battery-powered electric fence energizer.

With 1 J stored energy and 0,8 J output energy, it delivers a noticeable shock on shorter fences with little vegetation. It can electrify up to 10 km of fencing with little vegetation interference.

The LED bar indicator makes the energizer easy to monitor and troubleshoot. It indicates when the battery needs to be replaced / charged.

Powered by a 12 V battery.

For optimal operation, the energizer's ground must be connected to at least one one-metre-long ground rod. 

The battery connection has battery clamps, making it easy to connect the energizer to the battery.
